Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for North Tower 4 (NT4) on a 41-bed unit. The role covers joint replacements, trauma, urology, orthopedic and gynecology care with emphasis on wound care, mobility and patient education. RN licensure in Illinois with BLS within 30 days is required, with RN experience preferred.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external applicants committing to 3 years. The nurse will document care, coordinate with physicians, and support safe patient

Qualifications

• RN license (IDFPR) required for Illinois; BLS within 30 days per AHA.
• RN>1yr experience preferred? stated as requirement.
• Certifications: BLS; licensed RN in Illinois/feeder state.

Responsibilities

• Performs all unit-specific nursing duties.
• Implements procedures and plans of care.
• Maintains accurate documentation for the care team.
• Assesses patients on admission and develops care plans.
