Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday-Friday, various shifts available (8-10 hrs)

The community you’ll be caring for: Physical Therapy Patients

Location: 1053 Medical Center Drive Suite 151, Orange City, FL 32763, with travel to clinics in Lake Mary, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, DeLand, New Smyrna Beach as needed.

The role you’ll contribute: Conduct physical therapy under supervision, implement treatment plans, collect patient data, participate in marketing and community engagement, and support quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification
• Current Valid Physical Therapy Assistant or Temporary License
• Prior outpatient Orthopedic experience (preferred)
