Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday-Friday, 10 am - 7 pm

The community you’ll be caring for: Physical Therapy Patients

The role you’ll contribute: Conduct physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, utilizing Practice Standards, recommended techniques, insurance guidelines, and patient needs. Modify plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and consultation with the Physical Therapist.
• Collect patient data and communicate discharge recommendations when maximum benefit is achieved or as per standards and payer guidelines.
• Participate in practice improvements and support quality standards and initiatives set by the department.
• Maintain clinical competencies, use evidence-based practices, and serve as a clinical instructor to support professional development.
• Engage in marketing efforts to build referral relationships with physicians and practices, and support community outreach through events, educational lectures, and other activities as approved.

Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Current Valid Physical Therapy Assistant License or Temporary License required
