Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm

The community you’ll serve: Physical Therapy Patients

The role you’ll play: Conduct physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The value you’ll bring:

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, utilizing practice standards, insurance guidelines, and patient needs. Modify plans as needed after assessments and consultations.
• Collect patient data and communicate discharge recommendations to the Physical Therapist when maximum benefit is achieved or according to standards.
• Support quality standards and participate in practice improvement activities.
• Maintain clinical competencies, use evidence-based practices, and serve as a clinical instructor.
• Participate in marketing efforts, build referral relationships, and support community outreach activities as approved.

Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Current valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or Temporary license required
