The Role You’ll Contribute:

The Physical Therapy Assistant conducts physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The Value You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, using practice standards, insurance guidelines, and patient needs. Modify plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and consultation.
• Collect patient data and communicate discharge recommendations to the Physical Therapist when maximum benefit is achieved.
• Participate in practice improvements, support quality standards, and initiatives.
• Maintain clinical competencies, use evidence-based practices, and serve as a clinical instructor.
• Support marketing efforts by building referral relationships and participating in community outreach, educational lectures, and other activities as approved.

Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Current Valid Physical Therapy Assistant or Temporary Physical Therapist Assistant License required
