Responsibilities

• Facilitate positive experiences for patients and families.
• Serve as liaison between staff and patients to foster communication.
• Support unit scheduling, supply management, and equipment processing.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors, support registration.
• Respond to patient/family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with audits, chart reviews, and performance improvement activities.
