Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, first shift 7am-7pm, with a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

You will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and quality across the continuum. Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program, RN license in NC, and BLS certification; previous OR experience is strongly preferred.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
