Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in the Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Operating Room in Charlotte, NC. The RN will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, aiming for safe, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced OR setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Earlier Operating Room experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice and effective communication to ensure safety and excellent patient experience.
