Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. You will collaborate with renowned surgeons and nursing leadership to deliver high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art OR environment.

This full-time role offers a 36-hour week with Tue, Wed, and Thu night shifts from 18:30 to 07:00 and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Required are completion of an accredited nursing program, RN licensure in the state of practice, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license valid in the state where the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• At least one year of operating room experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care according to established standards.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical judgment, and communication to ensure a safe environment and superior patient experience across the continuum.
