Job summary

Atrium Health's Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This full-time role features 12-hour day shifts (7a–7p) with on-call requirements and a 36-hour work week. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

You will deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process in a high-acuity surgical setting, while upholding safety standards and patient experience. RN license and BLS required; OR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled RN, provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead clinical decision making and communication to maintain the safest patient environment and best experience.
