Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and a clean, safe environment.
• Record vital signs and patient data and report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and peri-care.
• Support with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collect specimens and monitor glucose with finger sticks, reporting results.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and maintain PPE and safety protocols.
• Maintain infection control, participate in quality initiatives, and observe shifts.
