Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an Associate Nurse Manager (Ortho Neuro PCU) to support nursing leadership in a busy 24/7 Ortho Neuro unit. You will help plan, organize, and evaluate patient care operations and guide a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Required is a Bachelor's in Nursing with an Ohio RN license and 2–3 years of clinical experience; a Master’s degree in Nursing or related field is preferred, along with a nursing administration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
Masters in Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations on a 24-hour basis.
Coach, guide and evaluate the work performance of patient care staff.
Collaborate with other departments to support patient care operations and services.
