Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients, obtain vital signs, and document relevant medical history.
• Support physicians and clinical team members with patient care throughout the visit.
• Educate patients on orthopedic care, including cast care and use of orthopedic appliances.
• Enter physician-directed orders for services such as X-rays and physical therapy.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, post-operative visits, and diagnostic studies.
• Assist with surgery scheduling and pre/post-operative equipment coordination.
• Maintain patient flow to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
