Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN holders must complete a BSN within four years of hire unless they have 15+ years of RN experience.
• Current RN license in the practicing state is required.
• BLS-HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care by LPNs/CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences.
