Job summary

Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift on the Ortho Unit to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will coordinate with the care team and document care using established protocols.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Montana RN license, and the requirement to obtain a BSN within four years (unless exempt by prior RN experience).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN degree holder must pursue BSN within four years from hire unless exempt by 15+ yearsRN experience.
• Current Montana RN license is required and BLS-HCP certification at hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients' best interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and families.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences.
