Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift at St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT. The Ortho Unit handles diverse medical and surgical patients, with a team-based care model.

The role requires BSN within four years of hire or substantial prior RN experience, active state RN license, and BLS-HCP certification. Daily duties include assessments, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with LPNs/CNAs and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• An ASN/ADN holder must obtain a BSN within four years of hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.
• Current RN license in state of practice and BLS-HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and team.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and participate in clinical conferences.
