Job summary

Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT seeks a Registered Nurse for night shifts in the Ortho/Med Surg unit. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care, coordinating with LPNs/CNAs and the health team.

You will participate in care planning, follow evidence-based guidelines, and contribute to a fast-paced, patient-centered environment while maintaining high standards of documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Montana or eligible to practice
• ASN/ADN RN must complete BSN within 4 years of hire
• BLS-HCP certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS as unit needs

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' physical and psychological needs.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs; participate in clinical conferences and team rounds.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document care according to guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families; ensure adherence to hospital policies.
