Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - IL IDFPR; Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Passes all medications and adminIV fluids; excludes IV Push meds.
• Charts assessments on assigned patients after RN initial assessment.
• Charts on care plans; RN may open new care plans as needed.
• Communicates with physicians/APPs for orders and coordination of care.
