Stryker Foot & Ankle is seeking a Field-based Foot & Ankle Sales Representative to drive product adoption among surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will build strong relationships, manage product demonstrations, and stay ahead of competitors to deliver life-changing outcomes.

The role emphasizes high-energy field work, inventory management, and collaboration with sales teams. Travel is expected, and a commission-driven compensation structure is in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain and manage inventory and provide product training and support.
