Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practice and coordination with the health care team.

Responsibilities include supervising LPNs/CNAs, contributing to care plans, and ensuring compliance with documentation guidelines and hospital policies. BSN within 4 years is required if ADN/ASN held.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse with ASN/ADN must complete a BSN within four years from hire date (unless 15+ years RN experience).
• Current RN license in state of practice required.
• Current BLS-HCP certification or obtain within 60 days of hire; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs; participate in clinical team conferences.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
