Job summary

Intermountain Health's St. Marys Regional Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive inpatient care on the 8 Med/Surg unit in Grand Junction, CO. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a current RN license with BSN timing or exemption, and BLS on hire or within 60 days. Shift options and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN with ASN/ADN must complete BSN within four (4) years from hire unless 15+ years of RN experience in acute care.
• Any RN employed by certain hospitals as of specified dates may be exempt from BSN requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with health team members and oversee LPNs/CNAs; participate in clinical team conferences.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
