Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for our Orlando, Florida operations. The role focuses on directing office and field staff, reviewing contracts and specs, and ensuring QA of construction documents for approval by CFX.

The candidate will coordinate with CFX consultants and guide the team to meet contract and project requirements. Required is a Civil Engineering degree, Florida PE or eligibility, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a track record in roadway/bridge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Florida.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or related services.
• Experience managing roadway and bridge programs.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary staff.
• Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Manage office and field staff to ensure project delivery.
• Evaluate issues and make recommendations on contract and specification matters.
• Perform quality assurance review and approval of construction documents.
• Prepare documents for CFX construction approval.
• Collaborate with CFX consultants to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance to consultants to meet contract and CFX requirements.
