Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Be able to manage multiple projects.
• 4+ years of related experience preferred.
• BS or BA highly preferred but not required.
• Previous Staffing industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• New business development to build relationships and generate revenue.
• Full-desk model including recruiting talent, new business development with hiring managers, and account management.
• Use techniques to build client relationships to generate job orders.
• Maintain client relationships to improve outcomes for clients and candidates for permanent, temporary, or contract roles.
• Cross selling outside the primary division to maximize revenue with other lines of business.
• Identify candidates via cold calling, job postings, social media, and referrals.
