Job summary

CT Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Foreman for the Orlando area. You will oversee and manage plumbing projects, lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, and ensure all work meets high quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of commercial plumbing experience, an OSHA 30 cert, and a journeyman license or equivalent, with strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills. This role requires travel to job sites and availability outside normal hours when needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of plumbing experience, with a focus on commercial projects.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Journeyman's license or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Strong physical fitness and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours when needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to job sites throughout the Orlando area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing projects from start to finish.
• Lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance and training.
• Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and budget.
• Locate leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water systems.
• Inform clients of estimated costs before work begins.
• Repair or replace components to resolve issues.
• Install pipes and fixtures to ensure proper drainage.
• Ensure systems are in excellent working condition at project completion.
• Consult with clients to address concerns with their water and plumbing systems.
• Advise clients on proper care for their systems.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure codes and standards compliance.
