Job summary

United Mechanical is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction and service projects across Southwest Florida. This full-time role offers overtime opportunities and requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

As a Foreman, you will mentor apprentices, coordinate field activities, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with foreman or crew leadership preferred.
• Journeyman Plumber License (State of Florida preferred) or licensing requirements.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial projects.
• Coordinate daily job site activities, manpower, and priorities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for accurate installations.
• Oversee installations, repairs, and replacements meeting standards and codes.
• Determine material needs and coordinate orders.
