CT Mechanical is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Project Manager to lead complex commercial plumbing projects in the Orlando market. This role carries significant responsibility for project strategy, financial performance, planning, execution, client relationships, and overall project success.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial plumbing expertise, field credibility, financial acumen, and demonstrated leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
• Minimum 5 years in project management or senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex plumbing projects from turnover to closeout.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and financial performance of assigned plumbing projects.
• Establish project strategy, priorities, and execution plans.
• Maintain accountability for project profitability with target 10% net profit.
• Review scope, budget, labor plan, schedule, drawings, and contracts for risks.
• Develop labor forecasts and 3-week look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure resources and information.
• Monitor financials, labor, material expenditures, and change orders.
• Lead planning with plumbers, HVAC, sheet metal, and subcontractors.
• Build strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and vendors.
• Mentor Project Managers and support teams; drive process improvements.
