Comfort Temp Company is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee and manage commercial plumbing projects in the Gainesville area. You will lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, plan and schedule work, and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout each project.

The role requires 7–10 years in plumbing, a Journeyman’s license, and OSHA 30 certification, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of plumbing experience, focusing on commercial projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Journeyman’s license or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all plumbing projects from start to finish.
• Lead plumbers and apprentices, providing training as needed.
• Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Locate leaks, blockages, and issues in water systems.
• Inform clients of estimated costs before starting work.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on sites.
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
