Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to manage day-to-day operations on commercial plumbing tasks. You will guide a crew of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction on site.

This role combines supervisory duties with hands-on work, directing installers and coordinating with subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to keep projects on time. Travel to multiple job sites may be required; OSHA 30, CPR, and medical gas cert are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing operations.
• 2+ years as Plumbing Foreman, leading crews on heavy commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems installation.
• Proven ability to manage 8–10 people as Foreman, ensuring productivity.
• Ability to multi-task and report to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures from specs, BIM, schedule and drawings to meet timelines and staffing needs.
• Assemble supervisory and craft teams throughout a project.
• Perform a wide range of skilled plumbing tasks as a working Foreman.
• Direct and confer with personnel and subcontractors to prevent delays.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors and suppliers to resolve problems.
• Attend job site and office meetings related to Plumbing Foreman tasks.
• Oversee installation, modification, and repair of plumbing systems.
