Job summary

Cedar Brook Properties is hiring an MLS Acquisition Specialist in Orlando, FL to drive property acquisitions via MLS listings. You will work with RE agents, manage offers, and perform CMA-based analyses to secure profitable assets. A valid Real Estate License is required, with a strong market sense and data-driven decision making.

The role offers a base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 with monthly performance incentives, plus benefits and PTO. This is an on-site position in the Orlando area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in real estate acquisitions or related transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, marketing, or sales is preferred.
• Proven track record acquiring single-family residential properties with data-driven deal selection.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage offers to contract in high-volume markets.

Responsibilities

• Source acquisitions via MLS and other listing platforms following buy-box parameters.
• Meet KPI targets for offer volume and asset performance in a high-volume environment.
• Serve as primary contact with RE agents/brokers for MLS offers and negotiations.
• Oversee pipeline, offers, underwriting approvals, and contract generation strategies.
• Document property, offer, and transaction details in the CRM daily.
