Job summary

MSH is hiring an MLS Acquisition Manager to source and close residential property acquisitions by working MLS listings directly with listing agents across Tampa and Orlando. This role requires persistence, offers submissions, and closing deals in a competitive market.

With 5+ years in institutional real estate acquisitions and an active license, you will travel within your territory as needed to assess rehab scope and purchase viability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in single-family institutional real estate acquisitions.
• Active real estate license, or ability to obtain/reinstate quickly (weeks).
• Strong negotiation instincts and comfort with high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate MLS listings that fit acquisition criteria.
• Submit and negotiate offers directly with listing agents.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of active offers and follow-ups.
• Visit properties within territory to assess condition and rehab scope.
• Use internal MLS offer tool to manage and track deal flow.
