Job summary

Cedar Brook Properties is seeking an experienced MLS Acquisition Specialist in the Sacramento, CA area to lead property acquisitions from MLS listings and related platforms. You will drive volume, manage offers, and work with agents to close profitable assets with a focus on margins and performance incentives.

The role requires a Real Estate License, strong market knowledge, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions with MLS and for-sale listings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in real estate, business, marketing, or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting acquisition targets in high-volume environments.
• Real Estate License required; multiple licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source acquisitions via MLS and other listing platforms according to buy-box parameters.
• Meet KPI targets for offer volume and asset performance.
• Serve as primary point of contact with RE agents and brokers on offers and negotiations.
• Oversee acquisition pipeline, offers, and underwriting approvals.
• Document property, offer, and transaction details in CRM daily.
• Conduct CMA analysis and estimate repairs for an as-is, cash offer.
• Travel to potential acquisitions for on-site inspections.
• Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and property management partners.
