Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Service Sales Representative to drive new commercial HVAC business in the Greater Orlando area. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, site visits, proposals, and closing deals for retrofit, replacement, and ongoing service opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of B2B HVAC sales, deep knowledge of chillers, towers, pumps, rooftops, and compressors, and a proven track record of self-generated leads and winning new business.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of B2B HVAC sales experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (chillers, cooling towers, pumps, rooftops, compressors).
• Experience selling retrofit, replacement, and ongoing service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and develop new commercial HVAC customers in the Greater Orlando area.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, referrals, industry events, and other self-directed activities.
• Identify and qualify service, retrofit, replacement, renovation, and upgrade opportunities.
• Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, and other commercial decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate customer needs and existing HVAC systems.
• Prepare estimates and develop professional proposals; present solutions and close sales.
