Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant to generate new business with commercial and industrial customers in the Orlando area. You will identify needs, present solutions, and close sales.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales, preferably in HVAC/R or preventative maintenance, and is comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and meetings. This field-based role requires travel and a strong focus on building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• HVAC/R sales or commercial HVAC/R experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling and follow-up with prospective customers.
• Generate new customer meetings and sales opportunities.
• Explain technical recommendations, pricing, and project details clearly to customers.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and close.
