Job summary

Onterris Payroll, LLC in Orlando, Florida, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across environmental service lines, including site assessment, remediation, compliance and natural resource management. You will ensure quality deliverables, maintain the Orlando office P&L, and drive profitable, safe work.

The role reports to the Regional Vice President and requires strong leadership, budgeting, forecasting and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental or related field required.
• 10+ years in environmental consulting or related professional services.
• 5+ years of management experience with personnel, operations, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations of Orlando office service lines.
• Develop, implement and monitor operational goals and performance metrics.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Lead Service Line Managers and operational staff; foster accountability and safety.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure project delivery.
