Job summary

Onterris seeks an Operations Manager for our Orlando, FL office to oversee day-to-day technical service lines including Site Assessment & Remediation, Compliance & Engineering, and Natural Resource Management. The role focuses on quality, profitability, and adherence to industry standards.

You will partner with leadership to manage budgets, staffing, safety, and client delivery while driving continuous improvement and supporting corporate growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead managers and technical professionals with accountability for performance.
• Experience managing operations, budgets, staffing, and business performance.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and project financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of Orlando office service lines: Site Assessment & Remediation, Compliance & Engineering, Natural Resource Management.
• Develop and monitor operational goals, targets, and performance metrics.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, staffing utilization, and service line profitability.
