• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Timely and accurate capture of New Claims into the Appian System as assigned.
• Query ISO Services on all new claims and save prior injury claims history to claim file.
• Process claims information into the claims system.
• Represent the Company from a public relations standpoint and provide superior customer service.
• Answer phones and support front desk operations.
• Scan incoming mail and maintain organized claim files.
