McKinley Companies in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to partner with the Community Manager and lead daily community operations, team development, and resident satisfaction. This role focuses on occupancy, revenue performance, and property quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will support leasing, renewals, and collections while upholding Fair Housing standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership, sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to coach and develop teammates.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of federal and state Equal Housing Opportunity laws.

Responsabilités

• Support the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving goals related to resident satisfaction, occupancy, revenue, property quality, and compliance.
• Assist with monitoring budgets, expenses, leasing activity, and occupancy trends to identify opportunities and support corrective action.
• Ensure consistent execution of McKinley standards across leasing, service, and community presentation.
• Serve as escalation point for resident concerns and resolve issues professionally per company standards.
• Conduct routine audits of buildings, grounds, amenities, and vacant apartments to maintain quality standards.
• Support leasing, renewals, and collections in partnership with on-site and centralized teams.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure timely work orders, turns, maintenance, and emergency response.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and development of team members.
