Job summary

Lockheed Martin ATLO Electrical Test Engineer for the Orion program. Responsible for planning, preparation, and execution of electrical systems production testing of Orion spacecraft across subsystems like APW, GNC, C&T, and C&DH.

You will own test procedures, develop test plans, and perform procedure checkouts in supported labs while coordinating with systems engineering, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Hands-on electrical or aerospace test experience.
• Willing to work extended hours, including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Owner and SME to execute system level test procedures for Orion production.
• Develop, maintain, execute and close of test plans, procedures, flags and automated scripts for system/subsystem tests.
• Perform test procedure and script checkout in Orion Test Labs (Denver/Houston).
• Collaborate with systems engineering, software, manufacturing, quality, and NASA to incorporate requirements into procedures and scripts.
