Spencer Ogden in New York (NYC office) is seeking a high-growth, strategic leader to build, lead, and grow a new energy storage team focused on C&I scale partnerships. This role places you at the center of a rapidly expanding venture, reporting to senior leadership and shaping the hiring, processes, and culture.

Compensation includes a base salary target of 150,000 to 200,000 USD with significant equity and flexibility as the company achieves milestones in its early-stage runway.

Job description

This company is targeting C&I scale energy storage partners, so we're not targeting the land acquisition expertise you'd see in Utility Scale Data Center / Solar build outs, but rather strong commercial real estate relationships and experience.

This company is in an early, high-growth stage and you will be responsible for building, leading, and growing this team.

Targeting $150,000-200,000 Base + Significant Equity, with some flexibility. Typical of an early-stage firm, but with meaningful runway for growth.
