Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a full-time Branch Leader to establish and grow client referral networks with Realtors, builders, and developers while driving new business and preserving existing relationships. The role includes recruiting MLOs, coaching staff, and ensuring compliant, efficient loan processing to support branch production.

The candidate will oversee loan quality, compensation alignment with production, and maintain professional standards across the branch.

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time

• Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders and developers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business.
• Recruit and hire MLOs for the branch and motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels.
• Train and oversee the branch staff relative to proper techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through.
• Monitor quality of loans originated by MLOs and ensure they are within company policy guidelines. Also, monitor MLO compensation plans and keep them in balance with production.
• Responsible for the overall customer interaction and interface with all parties involved on each individual loan that is originated from application to closing including, but not limited to: counseling and pre-qualifying potential home buyers; taking complete and accurate applications; obtaining all necessary support documents along with the appropriate fee and lock-in information; overseeing the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensuring conformity with terms; assisting in collecting additional documents and promptly communication loan status to all interested parties, and obtaining loan documentation after closing.
