The Hilldrup Companies seeks an Origin Agent/Destination Agent Specialist in Stafford, VA. You will coordinate origin and destination services for household goods and auto moves, serving as the main contact between Unigroup agents, Hilldrup staff, crews, billing, and customers.

You will reserve and monitor moves from start to finish, update customers, and ensure timely execution. You will also represent Hilldrup at industry events to grow your professional network.

Formación

• Two to four-year degree preferred.
• Experience in operations coordination, customer service, or logistics, preferably in moving/transportation.
• Knowledge of domestic household goods or auto moving processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Unigroup booking agency representatives for origin/destination services.
• Reserve, confirm, and monitor requested services per procedures and timelines.
• Liaise with customers to confirm move details and provide updates.
• Attend industry conferences to represent Hilldrup and stay informed on trends.
