Job summary

Marrakech, Inc. in Connecticut is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home.

You will support daily living activities, accompany medical appointments, follow care plans, and help residents engage with the community, with paid training provided. The role requires a valid CT driver's license and willingness to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid.

Qualifications

About the Role

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.

Pay

• $19.28 per hour
• Additional $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification
• Certification can be obtained after hire if not already certified
