Job summary

Organoid Solutions is seeking a driven Business Development professional to spearhead commercial growth for organoid services across North America and Europe. You will cultivate strategic customer relationships, guide opportunities from prospecting to contract execution, and partner with teams in South Korea to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires ~40% travel and is fully remote, with East Coast preference and flexibility for other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–5 years in business development, technical sales, or account management in life sciences.
• Proven track record closing complex scientific or technical sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive organoid service revenue in NA & Europe.
• Identify, qualify and manage new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, CRO, and academia.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure and revenue recognition.
