Samsung BioLogics Co. is seeking a results‑driven Business Development professional to drive growth of our organoid service portfolio across North America and Europe. This remote role requires ~40% travel and close collaboration with teams in South Korea.

You will identify opportunities in pharma, biotech, CROs, academia, and research institutions, lead full sales cycles, and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to expand our organoid and biologics capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of business development, technical sales, or account management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO, or life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and closing complex scientific or technical sales opportunities.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery, preclinical research, cell biology, organoid technologies, or related life science research applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with international teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time throughout North America and Europe.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for organoid services throughout North America and Europe.
• Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, academic, and research institutions.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, conference participation, and market intelligence.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and opportunity qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers, scientists, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Leverage existing relationships to further build Organoid engagement across Large, Medium and small pharma companies building up our previously established services Samsung provides.
• Accurately forecast sales activities and revenue through CRM management and regular reporting.
