• Graduate level education or commensurate work experience across social sciences, policy, or related fields.
• Ability to analyze, conduct research, think critically, and understand economic, social and policy studies.
• Ability to structure analysis, synthesize findings, and deliver written recommendations with timelines.
• Strong capability to handle both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in philanthropy and nonprofit work.

Responsibilities

• Work with the OE team to implement capacity-building strategies and partnerships across program areas.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform grantmaking, strategy development, and implementation.
• Contribute to special OE projects and narrative reviews of grantmaking activities.
