Job summary

The David and Lucile Packard Foundation in Los Altos, CA seeks a Program Associate for Organizational Effectiveness and Directed Grantmaking. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Fluxx, and SharePoint is required; travel domestically and internationally is possible.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or equivalent education and at least three years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; willingness to learn Fluxx and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Process grants through their full lifecycle and maintain electronic grant files.
• Support program officers and assist grantees with systems and guidelines.
• Coordinate team calls, meetings, and logistics.
• Contribute to cross-foundation initiatives and participate in professional development.
