Job summary

The David and Lucile Packard Foundation in Los Altos, CA, invites applications for an Organizational Effectiveness Program Officer. The role supports program teams across Population and Reproductive Health, Conservation and Science, and Children, Families and Communities, focusing on leadership development and capacity building for partners worldwide.

You will work with NGO leaders from large international groups to grassroots organizations, applying diagnostic and coaching skills, and helping

Qualifications

• Proven interpersonal and coaching skills with diverse partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures.
• Experience developing and launching complex nonprofit projects.

Responsibilities

• Support program teams in identifying leaders and organizations for capacity building.
• Analyze capacities of systems and fields and design funding approaches.
• Engage with a range of grantees from large NGOs to grassroots groups.
• Attend conferences and trainings on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
