Qualifications

Responsibilities

• ANALYZE: analyze employee groups and design customized facilitation and team development sessions.
• CONSULTANT: provide coaching and facilitation to managers in team development, strategic planning, and performance improvement.
• TRAINING: plan and evaluate training programs and establish organization-wide educational policies.
• MANAGE: oversee large, complex projects with broad visibility and impact.
• DEVELOP: design instructional products and develop training materials and self-paced tutorials.
• COMMUNICATION: liaise with management to foster cooperation and shared expertise in educational technologies.
• LIAISON: participate in committees representing employees and physicians in development and training needs.
