Job summary

PDS Health in Irving, TX is seeking a Specialist, Organizational Development to lead and partner on leadership training and talent development across the organization. You will design, deliver and facilitate programs, collaborate with internal subject matter experts, and manage company-wide initiatives to elevate leadership capabilities.

This role reports to the Sr. Dir, Leadership and Organizational Development and requires strong facilitation, project management, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across formats (in-person, virtual, small groups).
• 4+ years of related HR/OD experience with leadership development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner on mission-critical projects, learning, and OD initiatives supporting Leadership & Organizational Development strategy.
• Develop leadership programs across lifecycle levels: new manager, in-role leader, future leader, mentor.
• Assess organizational needs and design/deploy programs to improve team performance across functions.
