Qualifications

• 7+ years of instructional design experience.
• Proficient in Articulate and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong presentation skills for groups up to 30.
• Knowledge of instructional trends and technology.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Ability to work in accelerated paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop organizational development training programs based on client needs and learning objectives.
• Develop customized training modules for face-to-face, self-paced, and eLearning platforms.
• Manage module materials for rapid readiness and scalability with core offerings.
• Assess clients’ organizational needs and coordinate design, implementation, and evaluation of tailored programs.
• Collaborate with client leadership to understand culture, objectives, and needs.
• Prepare and facilitate training content to meet diverse audiences.
• Support project scope development with success measures and delivery criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish timelines and execute tasks efficiently.
• Develop and maintain pre- and post-assessments and roster data for trainings.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Monitor service deliverables to maintain Talent Accelerator standards.
